Cruise Policy

Please kindly read these terms and conditions carefully. On booking online or signing our booking form when making a reservation over the phone or by email, you are deemed to have read and accepted our Booking Conditions and are accepting the terms of these conditions on behalf of all persons in the party
These terms and conditions constitute an agreement with the Merchant. By entering the site, and setting the deposit or full payment, you accept these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, and it is your responsibility to check these terms and conditions regularly in case there are any changes.
Continuing to use the site after a change has been made is your acceptance of those changes.
 
1. Rate: All rates are quoted in United States dollars (USD)

2. Reservation/ Payment
A deposit of 50 % of the total booking cost is required to secure and confirm your reservation. Other extra services is made after this payment will be paid on the check-in date in cash or by card directly to our cruises If guests pay by card, 3% more will be surcharged for bank services.
3. Refund of Unused services
No Refunds or exchanges can be made in respect of accommodation, meals, sightseeing fees, transport or any other services, which are included in the tour prices but not utilized by the tour member.

4. Cancellation charge
4.1: There will be NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGE given for any unused, NO-SHOW, cancelation, or missed ground arrangements, sightseeing, meals, and accommodations.
The 3% service fee will be charged as a transaction fee and non-refundable under no circumstances.

4.2: Cancellation by Customers
All cancellations must be received in writing and sent to us via fax or email. You do not have to pay any cancellation fee if you cancel your reservation more than 7 days before the arrival date. Within 7 days before arrival: 100% of the total amount.

4.3: Cancellation due to bad weather
• Due to the bad weather on the check-in date, our cruises will be canceled. 100% of the payment will be refunded to the guest.
• The trip is cut down from 3 nights to 2 nights, the guest will be charged as 3days/2nights trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
• The trip is cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, the guest will be charged as 2days/1night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
• The final cost will be confirmed by our sales department via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!

5. Confirmation
All confirmations are generally confirmed by return fax or e-mail within 48 hours.

6. Passengers’ Information
The client is requested to submit all passenger details at least 24 hours before the check-in date (Full name, Date of birth, Gender, Nationality, Passport number, Contact number).

7. Wifi and Tivi Signal could be poor and unstable. We hope for your kind  understanding because the cruise is far from the mainland


8. Children Policy:
•  Child under 4 free of charge (only one child).
•  Children aged from 4 to 6: 50 % charge of adult price and share room with parents
•  Children aged from 7 to 11: 75% charge of adult price and share room with parents
•  Children from 12 years old will be charged as the same as adults
•  Maximum occupancy is 02 adults and 02 children under 12 years old per room.
•  Or maximum 3 adults per room, extra charge is applied as per contract including extra bed.
•  Baby cot for infant is free of charge
